Troubleshooting I've already done included: So I think it might be a bug related to power limits? One thing I noticed that is weird is that the Nvidia in-game performance overlay is not reporting power - it just says 0W, which obviously isn't right. However, I have had the GPU since the launch of the 2070 Super, so it's about 2.5 years old. This seems to have been happening for the past few weeks, I'm not quite sure when it started. This is resulting in performance being about 15% lower than it should be (for example, in Superposition 4K optimized I should be getting in the mid-8000s, but I'm getting around 7300 for the score). The GPU model I have has an advertised boost clock of 1815 Mhz, but right now I am stuck at the 1605 Mhz base clock and it refuses to go over this under any circumstances. These are all upgrades, I haven't clean installed the driver since I clean installed Windows back in.April?
GPU Drivers: 496.76, but this happened on the previous driver I had installed to (496.49).
